Bergamot oil is frequently used in situations with emotional pain or depression. It is known for inspiring confidence and releasing aggravating emotions that are “stuck” or bothersome. Lavender is a classic calming plant, citrus oils like Lemon and Orange are said to uplift and energize the spirit, and Ylang Ylang is a sweet floral aroma believed by aromatherapists to carry in positivity and fight fatigue. Together, this formula is perfectly balanced for late nights working and studying, taking tests, big projects at work, etc. All of these essential oils can be used for antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal purposes.

Great for classrooms, study areas, staff rooms, offices, yoga mats, workout areas, or anywhere you need to be in tune mentally.   • Do not apply undiluted to skin (for directions on proper dilution, refer to an aromatherapy text).  A good “rule of thumb” is 2.5% essential oils to 97.5% carrier/base oil (like our Fractionated Coconut Oil) but this ratio can vary depending on oils used, age, skin condition, and several additional factors.
